Prof. Wangsik Kim of Korean Politics becomes an editorial board member for the "KOREA OBSERVER", an English quartely journal, has been published since 1968. The research articles are contributed by scholars and experts on various sujects, such as Korean political, economic, social, and cultural issues, as well as Korean unification, North Korea, and Korea's foreign relations. Dr. Kim will serve for 5 years.
